Shipping

Our distribution centre is located in England, United Kingdom and all of our products are dispatched from this location.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping and complimentary UK returns. If you are ordering from outside the UK, you will have to bear the cost of returning any goods to us. We estimate UK deliveries to arrive within 1 to 2 days of dispatch and international deliveries, within 3 to 5 days of dispatch.

Delivery Within the European Union

As of 1 January 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer a Member State of the European Union.

Any product entering the European Union from a non-EU country is liable for Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT). This means that any product purchased from us is liable and will normally be held by the Customs Authority at entry, pending the payment of duty and tax. VAT and Customs and Excise duty is charged in addition to the advertised purchase price and all purchases must be accompanied by a customs declaration (which we provide).

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods which includes the percentage/rate depending on the type of good and the value (including the insurance and shipping cost). In some cases, the country of manufacture of our goods will trigger additional duty.

All orders delivered to the European Union are dispatched under DAP (“Delivery at Place”) terms. This means that any Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in the price you pay to us. You will have to pay any Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) to the postal company, express courier or directly to the customs if you choose to clear the goods at customs yourself.

Delivery to the Rest of the World

All orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom are dispatched under DAP (“Delivery at Place”) terms. This means that we are responsible for the delivery of goods (including transport costs) to your selected destination however the costs of carrying out all necessary import formalities are expressly excluded. All duties must be paid by you on receipt of your order.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses.
